                                     Water to water cooler/heat exchanger

Use: boiler room

The cooler is using for capture of hot water to examinate.The water is cooling bringing it up to environment temperature. Cooling takes place through a cold water flow. 

The water to cool is cooled by the flow of cold water.

Used to reduce the temperature of hot water before analysing. 

Models: "manual" model, destined to hot water sample for analysis with a  testkit,” and “automatic” destined to cool the water before water analyzer.

Destination use:

The cooler is destined to cool the boiler water  to low the temperature before analyzing. 

The cooler must be used only when it is in regular conditions. Possible dafaults must be eliminate completly.

Unright use: No use the cooler as a boiler  to warm water, neither in a open circuit, or in a closed circuit.

No use copper pipes.

* Free chlorine/chlorine dioxide/ozone: damage  cooler inner surface.
** Steel/mangle: It can be melted or unmelted.  If unmelted, filter it to eliminate  the overhung substances.  If melted, oxidate the steel/mangle with a filtering plant or using an antiscaling specific  proportioning. The scales on the inner surface are generally eliminated with a chemical productions washing. 
*** Silicate, can scale the inner surface.
**** Chlorate can damage the inner surface.
